When I first contacted The Tax Lady, my business was in trouble. My accounts (that I had been paying another agency to do) were in a mess and I was about to undergo an audit by the IRD. If you are a small business owner who's experienced this, you'll know how frightening that is. My initial meeting was with Ian and he immediately made it all seem manageable, in fact we spent most of the time talking about my dogs! Then I met the rest of the tight knit team that is the Tax Lady, who made me feel welcome and part of their family.
