Although a company can be incorprated directly through the Companies Office website for $160 incl gst, plus $81 for the company constitution, I recommend you request our help for the following reasons:
- By incorporating the company directly the the Companies Office you don't get the help to prepare the neccessary company minutes and maintain the neccessary registers. Failure to do so can lead to gines of up to $10,000 under the Companies Act 1993.
- We can assess your current situtation to ensure that an LAQC is the best option for you and we can assess the optimum ownership of the shares.
