The Tax lady now use a portal to send through our clients completed accounts and income tax returns. This is powered through MYOB and is a more secure way to send your documents. Once your portal has been created you can also upload documents to us securely through this. You do not need to use MYOB to use our client portal but you do need to have a login created.

As you send through your information for the 2019 year we will be setting up a new portal for you (unless this was already created). You will receive an email invitation and you need to follow the steps and create a log on with your email address and choose a password. Your portal log in details will then always be your email address used for this and the password you have chosen.

What do I do if I have lost the portal invitation or this is not working?

Try go to https://thetaxlady.portal.accountants/login

Select "sign up"

Enter your email address.

It should then ask you to create a password.

Once this is done you should then be able to access your portal.

If your task has been uploaded you'll then need to go through, open and check the documents and if everything is okay click on "approve" which puts an electronic signature on your documents and sends them back through to us ready to be filed with IRD.

If your task has not yet been uploaded you will receive an email when this is done which will prompt you to then log into the portal and check your documents.
