Company Formations and LTC's

If you need a loss attributing qualifying company (LTC) to purchase a rental property, we can set one up for you for $395 plus gst. This price includes the companies office documentation and registration, company constitution, IRD registrations and LTC status.

All you have to do is complete the company incorporation form or contact us

Although a company can be incorporated directly through the Companies Office website for $160 incl gst, plus $81 for the company constitution, I recommend you request our help for the following reasons:

• By incorporating the company directly the the Companies Office you don't get the help to prepare the necessary company minutes and maintain the necessary registers. Failure to do so can lead to fines of up to $10,000 under the Companies Act 1993.
• We can assess your current situation to ensure that an LTC is the best option for you and we can assess the optimum ownership of the shares.
• We can take care of your future companies office, accounting and tax requirements.
